| Hi Sarah/GTI staff, I have recently ordered an item off the website and two days later I recieved an email saying its missing some details from my card. replied back saying i do not wish to purchase anymore and no reply. Two weeks on i get an email saying dispatched item presuming someone guessed the rest of my credit card details... Now i cannot contact anyone regarding this unwanted item. please help me out Sarah or anyone from the GTI staff. Thanks for your time. -John |

| Hi John I'll try and help here... PS where are you emailing too as it seems we missed the cancellation email originally also. If you can call us on 0161 776 0777 then go for option 3 (andyM), you just need a returns number from us and we can take the filter back no problem and get the refund sorted ![]() |

| Hi John I have just had a word with Ade in regard this. He has just checked my emails too. We do not seem to have recieved the cancellation email. If you can let us know where it was sent to then we can check. Things like this is worrying as we may be missing quite a few other emails. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated with this.
