As far as I'm aware, the only place I know of that does ATE braking products is Euro Car Parts. May be worth giving one of there branches a ring to see if they can get hold of the kit. It may help for you to get some part number so they don't have to go looking through catalogues and stuff, as motorfactors don't often enjoy searching for things they don't normally deal with.
