Re: Piper X

Heelo my dear
Sorry , I have just got in touch with Pipercross , they should be done by now , but I have not heard from them
Their boss spends most of his time in sunnier climates (jammy thing) so I have emailed them and as soon as I hear back , you will be the 2nd person to know
Take care my dear
Sarah

Re: Piper X

Hey Sarah
soz about that last comment, was V cheap and cheesy

So you gonna get full system, how long does a standard cat last? and will your clutch handle the extra oomph?

I quite like my standard power, fancied a little extra and a good sound without killing anything else, just the pennies really.
Give it a couple of months more credit card payments and I'll be convinced I dont owe them anything

Re: Piper X

Your ok
I am sure you have noticed I get loads of cheesy comments and I am used to it
Yes the clutch will be fine with that
The noise is just not too boomey either
Just a ice sound to give it a tad more noise outside and not too much in your face

Re: Piper X

Does sound good but planning Bushes and Brakes first

Combined with the other mods on the car these will get it to the standard I thought a VRS would be in the first place. Live n learn eh?

Think I'll be ordering some powerflex front wishbone soon.

Re: Piper X

Hi Sarah
got it yesterday and fits nice and snug, as I expect you have found out yourself (or does a certain other person get his hands dirty for you?)
Cheers, Bryan.

Re: Piper X

Hi Bryan
Yes I let him do the dirty stuff
Glad it fits nicer , yes I was told it is loads better
They asked if I wanted to see it , but it was too cold , so I asked them just to report it
Glad all went well
Enjoy
