For sale so soon thats a shame. I'm sure it's as I sold it to you so should go quickly. Good luck with the sale and house purchase! You seem to have made good improvements since getting it last year namely the remap, cruise and uprated bulbs that I would have done it I had the finances! Could you remove my plate please from the added photos!

It still looks well! Free bump and I can vouch for this car 100% and if any potential buyers need any questions answered and the seller doesn't know then don't hesitate in asking. It's an absolute peach of a VRS. ![]()

Hi, yes its still for sale, even more so as I have been gazumped and had to raise my offer for the house! It been well looked after the short time Ive had it, the alloys are uncurbed and the bodywork and inside are in fantastic condition. As far as I am aware the remap is revisbile but youd be missing out on much more.

Yes the alloys are 16" for those that have asked. -think of it as cheaper tyres! or easy to upgrade to some 18" RS4 alloys Im not in a hurry to sell but have reduced the price a tad to a more realistic level, seems to be a lot of mk1 for sale at the moment, anyway its not on autotrader and im in no hurry to sell as its needed to get me the 20 miles to work every day. I would like a fast estate car something like an A4 avant or possibly even mk2 vrs estate depending on my finances. Estate so I can chuck the mountain bike in the back and get out to sherwood forest or peak district. As for the house its gone to final bids, Im just gonna resubmit my first bid as the estate agents have really mucked me around (understatement) and ive found another property thats 25k cheaper, leaving lots of cash left for a newer car!

Free bump. Is there much interest? Seem to be a few VRS Octys about the same age for sale a the moment but this is probably the best example out there!

lol intrerest, Ive put it on pistonheads and autotrader too and have got a right load of muppets responding, the latest " I will give you 30 hundred pounds" Do seem to be quite a few coming onto the market now, is it belt tightening or petrol prices? I really want an estate car now anyway, if anyone has a VRS estate and wants to swap for a hatch give me a shout.
