| Re: Electric Engine Management light has come on Been doing some research and i've come up with some theories. My battery is extremely iffy so is there any chance that that could be it. i also found someone on here saying that the problem was caused by the a hole in a hose somewhere that cost £49 to fix (i'm not a car mechanic so that's about as technical as i get) |

| Re: Electric Engine Management light has come on You could change hundreds of components based on what you read here and elsewhere and still not solve it. Without a fault code or proper diagnosis you are simply guessing.

| Re: Electric Engine Management light has come on Got my car checked today, the guy told me that the alarm on my imobiliser has been triggered and turned the light off but heres the error codes. P1570 Engine control unit disabled and P1640 Control unit faulty |
