| ESP Sensor Is it possible to test or replace the ESP sensor easily? The ESP is firing an awefull lot in the last couple of months. I know the ground is salty/slippy at this time of year but it's worse than last year. I don't think the esp sensor is faulty but then again I don't think it should fire on long bends (a little like slip roads) in the dry on concrete at 70 mph. So perhaps it is? Any thoughts?

| Yup your right, ESP uses a couple of different sensors, two in 2WD and three in 4WD iirc. Get the fault codes read and it might be worth setting the steering angle sensor, as if its reading incorrect it can cause ESP problems. Last edited by Lummox; 29-11-2004 at 18:01.
