| Briskodian | My daughter has a fabia 1.4MPI Registered March 2002. With a warning light on the 'engine management' it read fault code 16502 with 01/01 on the second line of the scanner. In the list provided this means: Engine coolant temperature circuit-High input (Low temp) Can anyone translate that into english for me?? Thanks in advance |

| Jelly Mould | Re: Fault code 16502? 16502 P0118 Engine Coolant Temp.Circ High Input Replace the engine coolant temperature sensor, very easy to do on the mpi. Remove the old one first and have a look/feel around to make sure that the thermostat hasn't broken up. A sensor on its own is around £25 and a thermostat complete with sensor around £40 all + VAT. You don't want to buy a sensor to find out that you need a thermostat. |
