Question Fault code 16502?

My daughter has a fabia 1.4MPI Registered March 2002.
With a warning light on the 'engine management' it read fault code 16502 with 01/01 on the second line of the scanner.
In the list provided this means: Engine coolant temperature circuit-High input (Low temp)
Can anyone translate that into english for me?? Thanks in advance

16502
P0118
Engine Coolant Temp.Circ High Input

Replace the engine coolant temperature sensor, very easy to do on the mpi. Remove the old one first and have a look/feel around to make sure that the thermostat hasn't broken up. A sensor on its own is around £25 and a thermostat complete with sensor around £40 all + VAT. You don't want to buy a sensor to find out that you need a thermostat.
