| Found Fault Codes, What Do They Mean? Hi everyone, got hold of vag-com today and did a scan of the car. Found some codes and cleared them, but they then came back. tried doing a search and just found what the codes are, not what the problems are per se. Was wondering if the likes of Ross or Devonutopia etc could help me? The following codes I have are: Address 01: Engine Labels: 038-906-019.LBL Part No: 038 906 019 NJ Component: 1,9l R4 EDC G400SG 6412 Coding: 10102 Shop #: WSC 13765 TMBWU********** SKZ7Z0E****** 3 Faults Found: 18009 - Relay for Supply Voltage Terminal 30 (J317): Implausible Signal P1601 - 35-00 - - 19558 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157): No Signal P3102 - 35-00 - - 19557 - Motor for Intake Manifold Flap (V157): Open or Short to Ground P3101 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent Readiness: 1 2 0 0 0 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: None Part No: 6Y0 820 045 Component: Klimaanlage X0840 1 Fault Found: 01596 - Motor for Outside/Recirculated Air Flap (V154) 29-10 - Short to Ground - Intermittent ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Address 09: Cent. Elect. Labels: None Part No: 6Q1 937 049 D Component: 0000 BN-SG. 1S34 Coding: 26026 Shop #: WSC 13765 1 Fault Found: 01598 - Drive Battery Voltage 07-10 - Signal too Low - Intermittent I have no idea what these mean, I have CEL light on all the time due to the EGR being removed and a power pipe in place if that helps? Thanks in advance

| Re: Found Fault Codes, What Do They Mean? first ones are probably due to the EGR being removed as isn't the anti-shudder valve removed also 19558/P3102/012546 - Ross-Tech Wiki isn't the other code for the recirc flap on the heater , common fault i think

| Re: Found Fault Codes, What Do They Mean? Thanks for that! The recirc flap on the heater, how hard is it to fix? I haven't noticed any problems with mine but I'm not sure what i should be looking for?
