| Fuel pump fault codes I have a hot start problem with my 2000 Octavia TDI SLX as raised in this thread http://briskoda.net/forums/octavia-i...quired/111761/ I called in to a local diesel specialist ( who I've been using for years) and he suggested that it may be the fuel temperature sensor which is housed within the pump. I have Vag com (shareware version) can anybody advise how to check this sensor- I've read elsewhere on this forum that you should be able to see the fuel temp within vag com but not how to acually scan it I've tried engine- no fault codes found and 41 diesel pump and it says cannot communicate with controller Any tips would be appreciated |

| Re: Fuel pump fault codes Its in engine, measuring block 000-001. However the value that you see means nothing without the workshop manual. |
