Default Lambda sensors

Hi,

Using Vag Com 409, i get the following Lambda sensor readings;

at idle;
group 006 = -7 and 18, group 008 = 5.5 and 2.3.

When i throttle (accelerate in neutral) to 2500rpm quickly, the lambda readings change to;
group 006 = 5.5 and -0.8, group 008 = 1.6 and 2.3 (the 2.3 reading does not change at all!)

Can anyone explain why there are 4 lambda readings and what these reading should be if the car is functionally normally?

Car is a 99 golf mk4 1.8T

Thx

Am not sure. Vag com provides me the following numbers;

Controller: 06A 906 018 R
Component: 1.8L R4/5VT MOTR HS D06

Is this what you was after?

Thanks Sebastian.

Does this mean that the Lambda sensor is faulty? In group 8, the learned lambda readings do not change...stays at 2.3.

The symptoms i am seeing from the car is that the turbo is non existent! (8 - 50mph took 8secs in 2nd gear - maf read 116g/s at 6000rom).

Also fuel economy is really poor, 20mpg!
