Anyone used one of these? my local mobile mechanic has just got one but isnt the most computer literate of people. anyone know if you can do much with them on and 1.8t like throttle body re-alignment etc?

Launch claims you can. Did your mechanic try contacting their support for assistance? That's what we tell our customers to do in cases where they get stuck.
