Default Micro-can interface - K1 / K2 problem pls HELP

Hii. I m very new in this forum. I have skoda octavia 102 HP - Y 2006. (1Z chassis)
Newly I bought micro cun ( genuine Ross tech) interface. But my friend bought it for me from USA. So means interface is registered on him.
Last day ı set the vagcom 704.1 on my laptop. When first running the program (usb end is connected to the laptop and iterface's other end is connected to the car and ignition on)
Aafter testing the system I'm getting the message following like:

VAG-COM: Port Test
---------------------------
Port Status: OK
Interface: Found!
Type: Ross-Tech uCAN-c
Version: 1.01
Status: Ready
K1: Not supported
K2: Not supported
CAN: OK
İn website of Ross-tech says if you get k1 and k2 testing message is NO. it is possible aftermarket problem. But my messages doesnt say only "NO" further says "NOT SUPPORTED"

So I have two laptop and tried it on both no luck and same problem. I'm first owner of my car (bought it in 2006 brand new) and the radio came with it. And I thing it's not aftermarket.
My english might be bad. But I couldnt understand why this happens.
Any idea for help.
In andvance thanks everyone

Please see our Micro-CAN Page:
Ross-Tech: Micro-CAN Interface

The Micro-CAN is a CAN-Only interface. It does not support communications via K-line, nor does any car that the Micro-CAN works with require communications via K-line.

K1: Not Supported
K2: Not Supported

is normal and expected for this interface.

That is showing the interfaces the software can handle. But it is not the software that is your problem.

You said you brought a Micro Can ODB Adapter. That only has a Can Bus Interface in it, hence only the Can Bus is working on System Test.

Ross-Tech: Micro-CAN Interface

If you plugged a Hex-USB+Can Cable in I'm sure it would show K1,K2 & Can interfaces were then working. And it would do that on both your laptops too.

Your Octavia 1Z is Can Bus, so the cable you have is fine. It just won't work on some other models.
