Do you know if its possible to retreive the pin number of the built in phone handset of the Phaeton W12 through VAG COM?

You can do an adaption in the bluetooth module to change the default password.

Agreed, even though the standard PIN should be 0000 or 1234.

Any built-in BT device I've ever come across has been 0000.
