That information would be found in a repair manual and owing to the lack of answers, one would have to assume no one else, so far, has the information you are looking for. As I suggested earlier in the thread, I think a check of a repair manual is in order.

Again, the details of the readings are specific to you car and should be contained in a factory repair manual. VAG-COM is not a replacement for a repair manual. It is a tool to be used in conjunction with knowledge from other sources. (And yes, I agree the mission of this forum is to provide help but when help does not come, one has to continue the search.)

although "bornlucky" indicated what the pressure i have means..thanks

answer to the above is what's being asked.......

if you don't know answers....say i don't know...simple OR DON'T ANSWER

saying get a new compressor does not answer above question!

if i had any information on this common fault I WOULD GIVE IT OUT VERY CLEARLY AND OUTLINE IN DETAIL.

SINCE IT'S NOT COMING FROM PEOPLE WHO KNOW ....SO BE IT!
What makes you think that the people at Ross-Tech have all information on VW/Audi/SEAT/Skoda products? Certainly we have much more than the average person. But to presume we know it all is to place us on a pedestal that we do cannot obtain. Since we are in the US, we do not have repair manuals for your car. We cannot answer all your questions. We cannot educate you on all things for your car. I have recommended that you get a factory repair manual so that you would have the information you seek. Failing that, may I suggest you seek another party who has a repair manual and would be willing to help you out?

LOOKS LIKE WE ALL HAVE TO BUY FACTORY REPAIR MANUAL
No, I don't think that is a true statement. Only those who want to know the intimate details of their car and the proper procedures for repairing it need to buy a factory repair manual.

OTHERS HAVE HELPED.....BUT THE FAN TEST APPLIES TO OLDER MODELS THAN MINE.....SO I ASKED THE QUESTION..ISN'NT THAT WHAT THE FORUM IS FOR?

I STILL WANT TO KNOW HOW TO TEST MY FANS...SO I'LL GO TO ANOTHER THREAD.

REMEMBER THE VISION
"This site was created to become a resource of information for Skoda owners, and a community of people that share information and assist each other.
We expect all users to share that vision."
As said earlier, I support the vision. In your case, no one has been able to offer the information you seek and your anger seems misplaced. I do hope you find the information you seek and I hope that others, if they posses the information will post in this thread for you. As for me, this will be my last post as you have found my suggestions to be totally useless. I do not get paid to work on weekends trying to help people any more than other employee at Ross-Tech gets paid to participate here. We do this because we want to help others. Sometimes we do and sometimes we do not.

Good luck with resolving your problem.

Re: radiator fan

So you don't know what the readings mean for my car!!

That answers that!

You don't know how to test fan either!!

So why get involved in tread?????you offered no suggestions at all

[except agree to buy a new compressor and buy a manual....same suggestions i could get at my local dealer]
may be real answer is to buy a new car!

No thought was expressed here of my holding ross tech in any esteem ...or looking up in any way

i simply ask questions

what do readings mean...?
Anyone know how to test fan?

But maybe it's one of those your not going to help as your not getting paid
although i am a customer!....
If i email direct to ross tech would i get an answer?
Probaly not! Since you don't know the answer
