| Briskodian | 06 Fabia TDI - Bulb warning light My bulb warning light keeps coming on when i go over a bump, i have checked my bulbs and the offside fog light bulb does not work, i have swapped the bulb a few times and still the same, so no bulb issue. It could be the whole light cluster with a loose wire etc..... any other users had this problem ??? |

| Re: 06 Fabia TDI - Bulb warning light I've been suffering from exactly the same problem for the last 2 months. Every time I touch the brake pedal I get a buzzer and a warning light on the dash. None of my bulbs are out, and when my car was serviced last week the dealers checked my rear light clusters and couldn't find anything obviously wrong. The cheeky sods even replaced a perfectly good bulb and charged me for it! They're having my car back in next week for a day so they can check the wiring to the rear lights and possibly to take the dash out (and therefore to insert a new annoying rattle when they replace the dash!!). New door seal is being fitted at the same time too. |

| Re: 06 Fabia TDI - Bulb warning light I've been suffering with the bulb warning whenever I hit the brakes for the last few months. Whenever I've checked the bulbs they've been working perfectly - finally got so irritated by the incessant beeping that I booked it in. Lo and behold it's the high level brake light. It's been three weeks and the parts are still on order, spose I should chase them up. Rear Fog light - there's only one bulb that works IIRC. It's an EU thing to use only the bulb on the drivers side to prevent them being confused for brake lights. They are making the irrational assumption that people only use them when it's foggy . I've had a few VW group cars and they've all had only one working rear fog light.

| Briskodian | Re: 06 Fabia TDI - Bulb warning light Mine is booked in on Monday, i suspect it is a dodgy connection or short somewhere near the offside rear light cluster, at least i do have a target for the warning ''beep'', if all the bulbs were working i would be a bit confused. |

| Re: 06 Fabia TDI - Bulb warning light Mine's fixed now. New high level unit fitted his afternoon - and the lovely red glow on the parcel shelf tells me it's working. I'm off for a drive in blissful peace...
