| 10k service I know this topic has been done to death on here but I've just been quoted £145 for a 10k service on my 4 and a half month Fabia VRs. From looking at the other threads on here that seems a bit excessive, do you think they are trying to charge me for an annual inspecion service?? Cheers.

| I got charged just over £90 last month for a 10k oil change plus some extra screenwash, which the service guy offered me without asking as he looked at the records for my car and saw it was only 6 months old, so didn't need a full inspection (20k) service. Make sure they don't fleece you for a service you don't need yet!

| Briskodian  | i just had my 10k service done today at mitchells in e port they charged £150 in the end mitchells in greasby where going to charge £180 chehire oaks did my 10k and 1 yr.i didn't think it was a yr old yet but looked at my service book and it said delivery date 11/05/04. while it was getting a service they even done the recall save me going to greasby tomorrow.  they where very nice but did forget to sign my service book so got to go back and get it signed nice cup of tea and also had a bottle of j20 juice one of my favourite drinks.

| Briskodian | it was the fuel pump bolts i got a letter from skoda themselves saying i should phone up a dealer and get it checked and bring the letter with you to get it done under warranty if need doing mine did  but hapy now its done i'll try and see what excatly the letter said and post it on here

| 10k service and annual inpection combined came in at £140 the other day. Very surprised My old Polo was twice that!!  |
