17 inch Alloys for Fabia VRS

I’ll try to keep this simple as it does get complicated so here goes!!!!

I bought a set of alloy wheels for my old Ford Car (this was before I seen the light and drove a skoda) and realised that the wheels were missing the caps. I then bought another set of wheels from ebay that were of a VW if I remember that hat the centre caps. Overjoyed with my new Ferrari Momo wheels I then drove over a brick doing 70 on the M62 and killed 2 of them.

I have had a look at the 5 stud VW wheels I have in the garage and was wondering if I could fit these on my FaBIA vrs. The info on the wheels is 7 ½ j x 17H2 195 and there is also ET15. The tyre sizes are 205/40 ZR 17.

Any help or information would be very much appreciated and I was wondering on peoples opinion if these wheels would suite a SKODA, especially sprying the red bits SKODA green.

Cheers all

OK then no one like my Momo Ferrari Wheels even with the centres painted Green (back on ebay they go then)

How about the tyres are they of much use if I get hold of the Octavia 17 inch wheels.

Thanks for the opinions

Try and do a photoshop image to see if YOU like them. Whilst you're at it you could do the centre caps green too. Then you could post up the pics if you wanted more opinions. But remember they're only opinions. Wheel choice is a very "beauty-in-the-eye-of-the-beholder" kinda thing. Even though the offset is wrong, you might wanna get some of the same in the correct offset if you like them......

Thanks Cordiroy they look funky now and I just need to get them to fit, Thanks for the photoshop image.

I'll have aplay and see if I can get them on the Fabia to see what they will look like (just need an image of a fabia side on), shouldnt be too hard to find on here .

They really are good wheels and tyres only had 1 months wear and tear so I dont want to waste them..if ya know what I mean.

Thanks again Cord

I think they will look ok because the Seat Cupra wheels look nice on a Fabia, and these look a little bit like them.

They aint gonna fit if they are ET15, not unless your fitting a very wide arch kit.
