Chavvy but couldn't resist messing around.

Yes, I know, not the Briskoda style at all but the neons were hanging around at home and I had to give it a go, wired it into the foglight circuit with a seperate switch behind the bumper to switch them on/off independantly from the fogs. behind the bottom grille. So, They will be coming off shortly but might scare the local 1.2/1.4 friday night Tesco crew for a while... Views please... sorry about the poor quality photo.

-Duggie.

Re: Chavvy but couldn't resist messing around.

Each to their own in the modding game, I quite like it. In the end it's your car and how you style it, I'm actually thinking of getting some neons for the inside in my interior light.

Yea.. tell me about it, I have wired in a seperate switch so that they can be turned on and off without the fogs needing to be turned off too, this means that if I am stopped, they can be turned off. My plan is not to have them swithced on when driving, just when i'm parked up with my big mac and fries on a fiday night... i'm really not that guy.

But you fitted them so you must be.

How is the remapped 1.4 going?

Re: Chavvy but couldn't resist messing around.

it does look pretty funky at first. i took mine off after a while. my last 'project' was getting super bright white LED's and encoperating them into the panels where my fog lights would go if i had any.

have to much about dont ya

Not As bad as the girlfriend problems thread - but just as funny .

I myself think they are alright - Just maybe not Blue as police are going to love you....

What can I say? I'm a funny kind of guy... that's not what she said mind you.

I've been having a few PM's with regard to the remapped 1.4, several people want to knw if it's worked... just to let you all know that nothing had been done yet, it's going in on the 26th April for the remap, i'm hoping to widen my intake (that is what the girlfriend said) before then.

Cheers guys... proud to be different... but the same.

-Duggie.

You go for it Duggie, as much as i said i didn't like the lights..

It's your motor at the end of the day, and at least you've not bought a silly bodykit etc for it.
