| Briskodian | Huge up for the Seat Surgeons Hi guys. As some of you will already know (H). I went up to York yesterday to have my seats leathered. All I can say is sell your grannies lads becuse it is worth every penny. We left Gloucestershire at 4am, and got there at 08:15 after about 40 minutes on a go slow on the A1. Not bad going for 4 hours driving. It was very easy to find using an AA routmap from the website. When we got there I was very impressed with the workshop. Very clean, open and well lit. Good attention to detail like soft coverings over the workbenches to prevent the leather getting damaged. The first thing they did was open the package with the leather coverings to show us and confirm this was the correct style. We then got a lift into town and they got on with the job in hand. Whilst we were in town we went to have the obligatory Maccy D's big breakfast, then on to the Viking (Jorvik) center and the York Dungeon. That was a laugh. Stopped for a bit of lunch and then into some shops. After that we went into the minster. Paul managed to get a call through to me whilst we were looking around the underground crypt. We then got a Taxi back to Paul's, where I was just blown away by the quality of both the product and the install. When I came to pay, Paul said he did not have the facility to take a credit card, (be warned anybody who is booked in to take your cheque book). Now this is the bit that will absolutly guarantee my repeat custom in the years to come. He then said to me "You wont be able to get that much out of a cashpoint, just put a cheque in the post" I offered to leave my driving licence as a guarantee, but he refused. How much more trustworthy than that can you get. Paul is so easy to do business with it is unbelivable. Paul, I know you will read this, so if you ever need a testimonial give me a call mate. Something else I noticed is that it is easier to get in and out of the car as my leg now slides over the seat base boslter, rather than rubbing the material that was on there before. Cheers Lee
