Nankang NS-1's £44.60, cheap and cheerful but quite a bit cheaper than the Pirelli P ZERO NERO at £62.50 (both from mytyres). Would you spend an extra £20 per tyre for what according to tyretest.com is a 0.1 score better on there 0-10 scale?

Chris.

If you got the extra dosh, I'd go with the Nero's, especially as they have good wet weather grip.

Neros, no question. At £40 a pair difference I'd rather have that extra safety margin.

Re: Which tyre would you choose out of these 2?

I have 4 Nero's on now which are very good but I can basically get 3 NS1's for the price of 2 Nero's or to view it another way I can get 2 NS1's and get them fitted for the cost of 2 Nero's excluding fitting.

If you are used to the Neros, then get them again. Nothing worse than downgrading tyres. I went from Neros to Falkens and seriously regretted it.
