Does anyone know where I can get a couple of metal clips to fix the upper part of the front mudflaps on my Fabia Hatch to the bodywork ?

I had the flaps fitted at a Skoda dealer when I bought the car (second-hand) a year and a half ago. At the time I did not notice they weren't fitted correctly (clips missing) and upper bit of mudflap loose so when I did, I thought I'll get it fixed at the next service. Since then the Skoda dealer has closed down (lost franchise) and my new Skoda dealer says he can't supply just the clips - I have to buy new mudflaps - and unsurprisingly is not interested in fixing the other dealer's screw-ups at his own expense.

Apparently the mudflaps and clips are only available as a package but I figure there must be somewhere I can get just the clips ?
