| vRS feels slow... Hi all, My Fabia vRS is now on 13,000 miles and feels a bit gutless. After the 1st service it felt really fast but it soon lost it's extra power and smoothness. I've checked the air filter trunking is fitted correctly and tried Shell/Esso/BP diesel but it's just the same. Has anybody else felt their vRS has lost some va va voom? Cheers,

| Re: vRS feels slow... Try a new air filter. Get someone with vag-com (or your dealer) to test your MAF sensor to check it's working properly. |

I could ask for a fault diagnosis but last time I took the car back to the dealer for warrantee work they ignored everything I had to say. I'll check my air filter first. I have a kit of parts to build a diagnostic box for VagCom so perhaps it's time to build that and check my MAF. Cheers guys,

| Re: vRS feels slow... My Furby VRS has very fast days and semi-fast days, don't know why. I reckon you should leave it a while, it may get it's old "Zing" back all by itself. |

| Re: vRS feels slow... Doesn't this always happen when you get used to a car? After the service, for example, had you driven something else that day? Chris
