Watch this space. (Antera's on 18/08/08)

Picked this VRS up a few weeks back.
Nice car all around.
55 plate with 21k on the clock.

Just dropped it off at the bodyshop this morning for a few touches, smooth boot and subtle tints.

Tried the Borbets on for size this morning, look ok, needs down a bit, thats in the near future.

A few simple mods so far, de-badged, borbets, S2000 ariel, leather. Ordered my reto fit blades too. Watch this space.

Plans : Get it lower, de-badged grill (or code it), front lights black, rear lights black (the white part, leave the red), remove the bumpstrips, pressed plates. Then see how it goes from there.

Little shoot this morning...

Re: Watch this space!

Leather looks nice, debadging makes it looks nice and clean.

Wheels don't suit at all atm imo, but you're gonna lower a lot I assume?

Really like the seats. Don't like the alloys though, never been a fan of that style though.

Re: Watch this space!

Cars looking good, I am too not sure about the wheels and plod will like them if they stick outside the width of the car, I am not sure if flared arches would solve that though.

Re: Watch this space!

the bumper on the polo looks awful...I hope thats not yours. although from looking at the wheels on the VRS I am not too confident of a negative.

Re: Watch this space!

I think the wheels look far too wide for the tyres, the tyres looked very stretched.

What width are the wheels?

Leather is nice.

I meant that atm it doesn't fit the car at all.

But once lowered/slammed it would be alot better.

The tyres were fitted with a large streatch in mind.

7.5's front 9's on the rear.

215/40's on the rear.
195/45's on the front.

Re: Watch this space!

Nice car you got there

Have to agree with some of the others comments, lovely alloys...but dont particularly think they suit the fabia though. but thats just my opinion, if you like them thats all that matters

Love the seats...not envious...much!

Seems like you have loads of plans for it, will be interesting to see the outcome

Keep up the good work

Damian

Re: Watch this space!

This will pass its mot, as the tyre thread is within the arch, as long as the tyres dont foul the arch, its legal

Once lowered it'll look great, and I love the rims. Stretched tyres are the way forward.

Seats

Alloys and wheels on the car IMHO

But as someone else said, if you like it, that is great!

Nice car - but you'll want to remove your number plate from the picture... otherwise it'll be on eBay from some fraudulant seller.
