| whats a good price then? I've decided, im going for a VRs! but, whats a good price?? i've seen a red one, sep 04, 9kmiles, cruist and multi cd player, at £11,275 i thought that was a good price but read a post that someone got the dealer down to £11100 for a brand new one! :| What about private? not seen many around, only a couple. so whats a good average price for dealership, and private? ta ALSO, what colour? Silver - no thanks Yellow - hmmm, bit different and head turner, but isit slightly 'fruity?' Red - nice, not as boring as the silver but not as fun as the yellow Black - sexy and sleek but also abit boring and common so what do you lot think? |

I always look for 0% finance, so would be prepared to have a slightly higher purchase price to get that.

| Briskodian | I paid roughly £12.4k for: Furby vRS Silver Cruise Xenons Sunroof Supagard Which was bartered from a main dealer using prices sourced from the internet. Tends to be a good way to do it

| At the moment, second hand vRSes are really holding their money, so you don't lose that much at all, especially with some of the excellent deals you can get online. As for doing 80 (on ur private track) while running in, I think its absolutely fine. 80 isn't many revs on the vRS anyway. Under 3000 as far as I'm aware, so certainly ok. Sure someone can verify this for me. Only 9 days til I collect mine! The running in period will be painful, but a good chance to get used to it I suppose ![]()

Admittedly a fair bit had been done to it but the way i see mods is they never add value to a vehicle, its just something you spend along the way to enjoy the car.
