Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

I would say no aswell.

They're a bit too "busy".
Something cleaner and simple would suit the car better.

Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

They're all a bit 'spindly' for my liking. The car seems to suit a 'chunky' wheel. And I think black rims on a black car could be a bit 'over-black?'.

However they are all good quality rims so if you like them, why not?

Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

I think that you could get some different alloys from a different car and re-furb and spray them with ease for about the same price as some MOMO wheels.

I don't like the momo wheels I have to say. If I had to pick one I would go for the Polished Lip ones

Goodluck.

Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

This is turning out to be more difficult than i thought, i have looked at so many wheels my head is spinning

I thought that black wheels with a polished rim would look great, i have seen them on lots of cars and allways thought they looked good, i dont really like any of the audi/vw wheels, oh well my search shall continue

Oh and another thing a guy at work said if i put 17's on the handling would be worse and the car would be slower is that true ?

Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

Sorry but i have another question, all of the wheels i have been looking at have different offset's, what does that mean ??

These are the ones i am thinking of now, but they have an offset of 45 will they fit ? i have also seen these wheels on different site with a 40 offset, man i thought i could just buy some wheels and put them on what a nightmare

Re: Wheels for Black Magic VRS ?

If you look at the box near the top of the search page on the Alloy Wheels - Specialist supplier of alloy wheels and tyres packages, 0% Finance and Fast Delivery website, you will see their recommendations for the Fabia - it recommends an offset of -30 to 45

All you ever need to know about offsets (and other things wheel/tyre related) is at Car Bibles : The Wheel and Tyre Bible Page 1 of 2
