Where can I get small spares?

Hi,

Someone tried to break into my Fabia (no idea why as there was nothing in it). He broke off the little plastic cover of the lock on the driver side so the little bits (small clear plastic disk and little metal disk) fell out. The actual plastic cover is broken now so the lock is exposed to the elements. Any idea where I can find spares like that? I live in Harpenden, Hertforshire, UK.
