Question Where to get a PD160 intake?

where can i get a PD 160 intake in the swindon area?
i went to Seat at swindon motorpark today, after what seemed like a 3 year wait the guy said he get hold of one but wanted £58 for the pipe and £14 for the trumpet!

i saw another thread where someone was showing a seat invoice for £24 for the pipe and £14 for the trumpet which is the prices i was expecting.

is there anywhere on the web that does them for this price?

Seat hiked the price up to approx £70-odd for the set a couple of months ago...... You'll be very very lucky to find a seller online or offline selling at the old prices now. Best bet would be to get a used one off here or ebay...... There's also the new Forge one that may be out soon but ne price on that as yet.

Cheers

Dave.

Re: Where to get a PD160 intake?

Hopefully AwsomeSarah is sorting one out?

See http://www.briskoda.net/forums/fabia...ke-pipe/84388/

Have put my name down for one if they can do it on the cheap, especially if it increases airflow more than the PD160
