im 19, and i bought my vrs 2 months after my birthday... bloody smart car! saw a yellow one with xenons(jealous) today, must have been chipped as it flew past at least 3's up, more of a reason to cough up the cash

I had a new Suzuki Swift Gti at 18, a Mitsubishi Starion turbo chipped to 240BHP at 19........and got a VRS at the grand old age of 34!! I must be old!!

Yes i have had a lot of close shaves - thing is the bikes just kept getting faster and bigger - still got to have a toy in the garage - the long hair definatly gone thou

I'm the youngest Octavia vRS Mk2 owner on here

I bought mine in December when I was 19 - I'm now 20. Prior to that I owned a Fabia vRS which was bought when I was 18.

I'm 20 for another 3 months and even I find the insurance costs crippling and I work full time on a good salary. So how the hell are you 17/18 year olds affording it! I didn't have two pence to scrap together a few years ago!!!
