| Briskodian | Re: Excellerator poor hi cleaned injectors by stripping down and cleaning with soft cloth and clean oil / ensuring that the needles were free / fuel filter is two months old / when im driving / crusing i sometimes hear a tapping noise / and no response from the accelerator untill i press it further and then it kicks in and you do actually feel the power / hope this is what you need / thanks 4 the reply / ps merry christmas |

| Re: Excellerator poor Sounds like a fault with the diesel injector pump to me. I would make sure the timing belt hasn't slipped a tooth first of all! Has the car done a lot of miles?
