|  Awesome service from Awesome! What can I say but the patient was very sick and in need of intensive care. The plan was to replace the furby and hence the car have been driven into the ground. But it was decided that maybe it would be better to keep it a while longer so I decide to resurrect it. It was known that the ns wheel bearing was long past its best, the steering rack was reported at the last MOT as a near fail, the suspension top mounts were suspect, oh and it was well over due a major service! So in it went on Thursday....... It turns out the steering rack was not at fault and awesome did not fit the one they had ordered in specially, instead they diagnosed the fault and got in replacement parts instead for a lot less money. The wheelbearing had welded itself to the hub  and had totally ducked the hub, so they went and got a replacement unit off a low mileage scrapper. Tried to avoid fitting the top mounts but to no avial and did the service and found a few  error codes but sorted them. Took a while longer than expected, but cheaper and great at keeping me informed. The car is now back to her best, can now have the radio at 6 instead of 60!Sarah, Mark and the boys you performed a miracle of engineering, one the great Fred Dibnah would have been proud of!

Hi Andy Thank you for that Mark is amzing at keeping people informed and kept me upto date too with what was happening Was a good job my car was not at work when they diagnosed it as they was going to rob mine  But hey if it gets you back on the road and safe it is OK as they obviously needed good replacement parts yesterday to help Glad it is sorted and as I said enjoy she is a beautie Will pass that on to Mark for you Take care , would love to see you again soon , but it usually costs  Sarah |
