Mmm
Well this is the first time that we have ever done anything like this
We did not know how many to cater for , also with the weather we dont know what days etc would be busy and times etc
The more we do the better I am sure we can get at this
Unfortunately we are not experts on burgers either
So we have to go for a good make and then try from then on to see which is best
Everything comes with learning , and suppose when it is the men that are organising this , we women just let them carry on
We did have to be carefull as we did not want to come back with £200 worth of burgers to go in the bin
First time of doing it , maybe not the last , but it can only get better

Personally speaking, i think you guys had it spot on, good stand that gave the punter all that was required on the day.
Wish i had more time to come over and have a chat about my car, and the problems with it. Your not caterers, Steve is not happy with the £5 for bacon roll and cup of tea from the vans.
