Default Mintex and Pipercross

Hi Sarah.

Would you please be good enough to provide me with some info on the following.

1. Price for Mintex Extreme pads for 312mm brakes. I hear they are stopping (have stopped) production and SWMBO wants some for her Leon.

2. Pipercross panel filter for Fabia vRS - Is it true that there is a new version coming out (with better fit and performance) ....... or did i imagine it? If there is to be a new version, how much will it be please.

Many thanks in advance.

Mark

Blimey , you are keeoing up with the gossip
Yes Mintex Extreams are coming to the end of production I dont know why....
We have 2 sets left in stock and as soon as these have gone , that is it I am afraid £49 + VAT for the pads
Also yes Pipercross are coming up with a better fit on the panel filters
The PP1599 to fit the Fabia`s
These will be approx another week
No difference in air flow it is just the fit
£28 + VAT these will be too
Give our guys a call on sales on 0161 7760777 press option 1 for sales and they will do the rest for you

I heard a rumour to do with the high friction compounds causing issues with common discs fro a supplier. Can't confirm how true, but bearing in mind how "good" they are supposed to be I was quite surprised.

Yeah i heard positive things and was going to use a set, spoke to a supplying factor today and he said rather jokingly yeah they stopped them because you replace the pads when the discs wear out

Still I do hear they work very well at stopping the car.
