Yes but if you had told sarah what car it was for in the first post you wouldnt have had to ring at all.

Even a please or a thank you wouldnt go a miss either. Thye are not robots you know, they are actually real people that work in these places and deserve to be treated like real people.

There is a reason they are busy at awesome, they offer a very good service and have many returning customers..... me being one of them.

Stocktake was the reason and i have pm'd the details a week ago plus had a thread,

get the full story first bro

just some one could have pick up the phone to say they were closed not just let it ring then put automated answer on afterward as it was a national no.

im a manager for a motor company i think i know the crack better than you

We do not hear the phones ringing , we are eating at that time
It is hard to determin what to do with the phones at that time
I did try to pick a call up , but when you have a mouth full of food , it can get a bit awkward
The phone message should have been changed ages ago!!!
I will have a word with Ade to get this changes
As for the PM , I am sorry , but I do get approx 10 per day max
5 per day min
I do this part of the job as a fill in and to get away from emails , as I do 80 to 100 per day too , that does not take in the on line orders I do too
I am sorry we have employed more staff too , but it just gets busier
But glad you have got sorted
Was it Graeham you spoke to?
He is not a bad guy , just hard to understand him at times , as he is scottish , what a great accent

no i spoke to julian didnt get a deal as good as your self like but never mind, asked graham if he could set me up a trade account but offered me a discount at the same rate as your retail mentioned this to him and he put the phone down on me what a C*ck!

considering we have 240 branch's thought he could be polite

so is whiteline.co.uk is the same as balance then? if i knew that would have deff got off from you out of principle.
but julian seemed ok

if i knew you were on your lunch i would have waited as i needed it sorting today as its my only day off and i thought you were shut all day.

lunch i wish i thought it was only my slave driving company that didnt give breaks .

i have not had a break for 3 years fool me.

im sure if i need some thing in the future ill give you a bell as every one keeps raving about your customer services. including your 2 knights in shining armour in the above posts.

Thanx for all you help

Ok , yes , it is sorted now
If you listen to the message you would have thought that it was the longest stock take ever!!!!
But it has been changed now
Even tells everyone we are on our lunch ,but the phones still ring at times
Oh well I am upstairs away from it all
I just get the emails ......great eh?
You can come and work here , do you have a window.... oh now we are getting petty between us

Cant believe your still harping on about this, I sell the same parts as her i get to handle many complaints off custromers that (have nothing to do with me) that dont say thank you every week
i live this problem all the time thus meaning i know the crack better than you.
If you did know the crack you would have left this misunderstanding alone along time ago.
sorry awsome

sorry awsome

What the hell are you on?

I posted that nearly a month ago, keep up with the times!

It was your statement about you knowing the "crack" better than I do that got to me.

How did you come to this conclusion??

You Have no clue as to what it is that I do for a living.

You were rude to awesome initially, thats when I posted. End of story, if you have further problems with my posts, please do Pm me.

Thanks

John
