Could you whip up a quote for the following work to be done for me please?

New front ARB (OEM one is fine) and bushes
Bottom arm bushes
Dog Bone bushes

All to be supplied and fitted.

You have chosen the right time to do all those together as it will save you on doing the geo a couple of times
The front ARB is just a guess as there are a few to choose from
I have guessed 19mm
ARB £57.38 + VAT
Bushes £7.56 + VAT pair
Clamps £10.40 + VAT pair
Front wishbone bushes Powerflex £27.10 + VAT pair
Rear wishbone bushes again Powerflex £30.50 + VAT pair
Dog mount bush again Powerflex £13.55 + VAT
labour to fit ARB £99 + VAT
Labour for fitting wishbone bushes £99 + VAT
Then you would need a geo set up @ £67.50 + VAT
So the total would be £411.99 + VAT

Its ok i knew it would be a lot as there is plenty to do there.

plus once its done hopefully it wont need doing for another 60k

Oooh I think it will last longer than 60k
The Powerflex bushes will last alot longer than OEM
The ARB`s IIRC dont have the silly plastic bits on too
So the life of the car hopefully
