Default An upward trend on folding.

Briskoda.net - Team Summary - EXTREME Overclocking Folding @ Home Stats

Looking better.

I seem to be stuck doing these poxy 396 scoring units which take an hour to 1% so stuck to around a 100 points a day average. Wish it were more as my PC is capable of better I know. I only wish there were places I could put it going, but I've got no idea where I could.

More the merrier of course! Push for the top 100 now!

I've got a spare PC, which I'll gladly add to the cause.

What will I actually be doing though?

Just using spare CPU capacity to crunch stuff that Stanford university is doing for medical research. Take a peek at the stickies in the folding forum for more info. My guide to setting it up as a service on windows is also in there.

Mine's slowed down somewhat due to my old DL380 dying, so I'm back to one CPU. Must get it reinstalled on my other "server"

The place I'm working at the moment has well over 400 servers with another 100 or so going in over the next few months. All dual-CPU and most at least Xeon 2.2s
If only I could get away with it...

I just put in a dual-CPU dual core HP DL380G5 to manage the building access system - it'll be lucky to ever get to 1% CPU
Such a waste!

That is looking up... only 3 new members though and only 37 active folders total

Hopefully we should move up 2 or 3 places before we get overtaken again

I brought my Linux box back online the other day after it was shut down for Xmas, and it's still crunching on a huge WU. Hopefully, in week's time it'll cough it out, with the commensurate increase in points!

I'm still stuck on WUs 2124, 2125 and 2126 as well Jase... taking almost 4 days each to do and they're worth less than 400 points each Means my daily average across my 3 PC 'farm' has gone down from over 400 back in December to about 250 or so now.... just glad I do still have 3 PCs folding, or it would hardly seem worth it

Who-hoo!!! Briskoda Folding Team has now moved up to 122nd. We are forecast to take another couple of places before our nearest rival catches us.

Nice to see the upward trend still going.

Cheezemonkhai, it's probably just as well your predicted slowing down has yet to materialise, as you are consistently one of the big contributors.

Nice to see some of the newer members in the high numbers as well, such as James Garner and Blade404. As for Auroan, who's only just joined up, forecast to hit the top 30 in less than 3 months .

Don't worry guys, I'm only jealous

Cooool

Thanks for the recognition Tiptronic

I'm a machine down atm as i'm rebuilding it.. but it should soon be back up and running

From what i've seen I'm not getting those large slow WU's now

I was reading a copy of "Custom PC" magazine the other day and the folding output from one of those quad core xeon cpu's is pretty impressive, now if only I could get my hands on one

I've just read your post, then looked down at your 24hr average!

How do you have access to that many machines?!? Lucky sod!

All the Best
