Any idea when my panel will arrive...??

Hello guys..

Ordered green panel filter mid last week for my octy vrs mk1(paid via p/pal--dealt with Gary i believe) gave you a call end last week and you explained about the mistake(no green's left for octy) and basically that you would be getting some of your bmc stock in beginning of week and one would be sent out straight away..??

Still nothing my end..?

Can you let us all know how this pans out. Obviously we have Gav on board as a sponsor so I'd hope this is a genuine mistake that will be resolved to everyones satisfaction.

Well spoke with Gav yesterday about getting my money refunded which he said he will definately do this afternoon(yesterday) which still hasnt been done..

To be honest getting ****ed off chasing him up to get my £37 back..!!!

He explained he's been having lots of probs recently but hey how hard is it to stick a post up(as he is supposed to be a forum sponsor offering people good deals..thought he'd visit every now and again..!!! i believe my first question post in regard to this was on 11/5... with still no signs of reply on here)

All the years i have been buying modded car bits never once had a problem so i would certainly not recomend this company to anyone..i even bought something from Neuspeed U.s a couple weeks ago they replied within 2 hrs..!!! got the part within 3 days..!!

When i rung him i said i was gonna order one from Awesome(havent had time to do yet)Be nice if he would of offered it me at a discounted price but he just basically said better off getting from Awesome..!!!!

Well it's a real shame you've not been able to resolve this between you.

I think you said you paid by PayPal, it's a bit of a last resort but if you are getting no joy you can file an item not recieved report and they'll deal with the refund.

Well finally got refund.. came through at 8.30 last night...

Yes definately Stu dont like to cause bad feeling for forum sponsors but may be just my luck..other people may not have a problem...???

Doesnt really look good for him (Derv Doctor) though does it... As im sure alot of guys on this forum have read this post...
