Procedures for component checking in Octavia 1.8T 20v

Hi, my name is Juan, i need technical information for:

Checking:
1) Oxygen sensor heating for Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) -G39-

2) Oxygen sensor heating for Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) -G130-

3) Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor -G71-

4) Throttle valve control module -J338-

Adaptations:
4.1) Throttle valve control module, adapting to engine control module
4.2) Kick-down position, learning

Tech Info:
Skoda Octavia 1.8T 20v
Year: 2002
Engine Code: AGU

I have the Scan tool VAG 1551

The checking is difficult with VAG 1551 as it only has value measure blocks, and the data in that isnt all the accurate hence the latter machines using Guided Functions and more importantly OBD. But i'll have a look in the manuals tomorrow and see if I can help out.

As for adaptions for the throttle valve that is

01 Engine
04 Basic Settings
Channel 060

Then let the adaption run.

jcdaza - Do you have a fault you are trying to remedy or are you just curious? Looking at those four items you have listed it sounds like you may have a mixture adaption fault? Getting quite a few recently over here, let me know.
