If you search the net the Fabia Greenline will be based on the Polo Bluemotion and the ibiza version, late 2009.

Thanks, but I'm not really interested in a 1.4tdi Greenline.

Only a 1.9 with a bit more oomph and as I saw that Audi are introducing it then I was wondering if Skoda would introduce it as well?

is it the greenline where you can get 600 miles out a tank of diesel? I thought Skoda were launching that soon?

According to the blurb....

"At the other end of the scale from the V6 is the Superb GreenLine. This uses the 1.9 TDI engine, but thanks to revised aerodynamics, a 15mm lower ride height, low-resistance tyres, higher gearing and a tyre repair set in place of the spare wheel, it has much better fuel economy and CO2 emissions than the standard car - 55mpg combined and 136g/km respectively."

So basically it's a slow car with grip-free tyres and no spare wheel. Think I'd rather take the poor economy, thanks
