| Have you selected a mirror? If you've left the selector in the middle nothing will happen. |

| You have to twist it up or down to select a mirror and then push/pull the **** to adjust them. |

| The joystick turns, and also moves up and down and side to side. Turning it selects which mirror(s) you are adjusting. It should have 3 positions labelled L, #, and R (where # is a symbol like the heated rear window switch). In the centre position, it is heating the mirrors, but the adjustment doesn't work. To adjust the mirrors, put it on L first, adjust the LH mirror to suit, then put it on R and adjust the driver's side (on some cars it will move both mirrors when on R). For normal use, leave it on R, not in the centre position.

| The switch functions change with different model years. My 02 model is different from SWMBOs 04. The 04 model allows seperate operation of L and R mirrors, heating position in middle. 02 model has R only or L + R and heating in upper position.
