| Finally part of the family!! Hi All, just showing off something I received in the post on Saturday.......  (It is straight the heated rear window lines curve round!!)  Is this the best place for the sticker?? It's nice to be part of a clan, hope to be at some meets soon (Northwest area) I've had Her for 3 Weeks today and love every minute, We've been to the lakes, Wales and work all week(s), She's great. Waxed 4 times and washed every other day.(We'll see how long that lasts) My neighbour thinks I'm mad he caught me washing her in the rain.....  Only 1 problem the seats are a pain to keep clean so I doctored a £5 tesco seat cover!! (See Pic)  Looks cheesy I know but keeps the seat clean......... My family now all own VAG cars MUM - Silver VW Torneo 1.9Tdi DAD - Silver Audi A6 2.5Tdi BROTHER - Black VW Bora 1.9Tdi BROTHER in LAW - Red Audi A3 2.0Tdi (Remapped) & ME & The Wife - Silver Skoda Fab etc...... best of the bunch .Pics of them all together coming soon.......... Rant over Bye all.................

| Re: Finally part of the family!! That's true never noticed LOL I do some mileage approx 15k but now I've noticed apart from the brither in law none of ther others do over 5k. Waste of a good diesel..............

| Briskodian | Re: Finally part of the family!! I've got mine top left corner of the back window. I found it looked best there, and it had the advantage of not being visible in the rear view mirror. I have found that it's not starting to peal off though! In another couple of months I think it's going to fall off!! Nice car by the way - they do look good in silver. Be careful with all that washing - soon you'll be through the paint and down to the metal!! |
