| Got a g-tech today, old style. Just wondering if anyone else uses one as i cant get the horsepower to work out right, only tried twice but it got around 50bhp each time, are me settings wrong I think shifty has one? Says in the maunal to imput car weight in pounds (lb) so by my calcs thats 1315kg's (car) + me (95kg's) = 1410kg. that translated to lb's is 3108 lb's, that sound right?? Or have i messed up?

Sounds about right. You do have to kick its head in for a good while though, try accelerating hard through all the gears. I only did it once or twice, as I'm not entirely sure how accurate that feature is. From what i remember, it took a few mins of driving to work it out.

Was giving stupid results.. Did the 1/4 and the 0-60, 60mph was 8.18s and the 1/4 was 17.1 at 84mph. Bit disappointed lol! tis all about the start though, might try some 2nd gear launches. Also shifty where did you hard wire it to? im thinking putting it high up at the drivers side and running the cable down the A pillar? but to where?

My car's pretty quick anyway, my friend took his revo map off his Leon Cupra R and the words that came out of his mouth were ' i dont believe it - there wasnt a bean between it' so its not a bad map i'd say

| jasc, where do you have the unit mounted? It should be right in the middle of your windscreen for most accuracy, and you must make sure the reading is 0.0 before you ready it. Mine is hardwired to the interior light supply. I have been pulling 0-60 in 6.50 seconds consistently using 2nd to launch. 6.7 if i use first.
