| Heater Problem While driving home last night inside of the car was getting warm so decided to turn the warm air to cold air then i noticed the setting was already on the cold side, the heater was still blowing hot air even on cold setting?. Started to think an expensive job before xmas so I turned on the air con on and it took a few minutes to go cold, it is ok now what went wrong?. |

its a known problem with the fabia, its to do with the heater motors/flaps, just had mine replace under warranty. | |

| Briskodian | Re: Heater Problem dont think its a major problem or expensive to fix(, however it may even be as simple as getting the motor flaps reset as they can go out of wack, this can be done if you know someone with vag com or at the dealers |

| Re: Heater Problem Will pop into the dealer in the coming weeks to see what needs doing and I will post the out come on here. Will the dealer charge for having a look, I am out of warranty. |

| Re: Heater Problem Depends on your dealers labour rate. And why shouldnt they charge? They still have to pay the technician to do the work even if its only the plug the car into the diagnostics. |
