| Briskodian | Hi, New to Briskoda and Skoda in general Hello all, I have just joined after being given your details from an already obsessed VRS owner since his undue influence i have now purchased my first ever Skoda, it is an 06 plated Fabia 1.9TDI Elegance in Cappucino Beige, and very nice it is too. More than impressed since i was originally looking for a Polo. Can anybody tell me if they have had their car chipped via Superchips and what extra BHP,Torque and improvement in MPG they have achieved ??? I was looking at getting this done on the advice of my previously mentioned obsessed VRS owner.... I hope to learn lots via the forum in the near future. |

| Briskodian | Re: Hi, New to Briskoda and Skoda in general I am looking forward to all the info i can gather, i am loving the car at the moment and should have gone to diesel years ago, i can not believe how cheap it is to run. I really want to chip it to get the better MPG and to smooth out the power delivery, the extra grunt is just a bonus but not the main event. Has anybody changed the standard audio unit or speakers for anything better ? Or added an amp to the original unit and upgraded the speakers ??? |
