There is no Haynes available, apparently the Fabia isn't a popular car yet.

We are your only hope (poor you!).

Just ask any question as some people on here have taken the Fabia apart and put it back together and so know it inside out.

Sorry, at school we get a choice of German or French, or was the case when I went to school.

The german handbooks though, are they easy enough to understand do you think for a non-german? I mean is there plenty of diagrams that are easy to see whats what?

Yes, they are worth it for the pictures alone.

I'll order one shortly Bryand, purely to help others. I'll happily scan anything in if it will help someone.

Generous but be carefull about copyright laws. Wouldn't want to get yourself or Briskoda in hot water.

Oh no, it would be purely for me to copy them and take indivdual pages to help people, rather than get oil marks on the book

Hi All

I did hear about 12 months ago that Haynes were no longer producing
workshop manuals ....... apparently sales of manuals no longer justify
the costs ........ also the fact that cars are becoming increasingly difficult
for kerbside motors to do any work on them other than change oil etc...

They do all sorts of manuals now on things like DIY, baby care, health issues etc.

Default workshop manual

you could always wait for the Haynes Octavia manual to come out in early 2006 as most parts will be similar
