| After a bit of shuffling, swearing and a small amount of blood my parrot has moved from here: ![]() To here: ![]() I suppose I did it really because people kept commenting on how much the parrot stood out in it's old place. Hopefully it'll be less obvious in it's new spot. Now, if anyone wants to give me that blank with the hole in.... Last edited by djswivel; 17-04-2008 at 14:58. Reason: Missed a sentance out. |

| Looks good, quick question but where did you fit all the wires. Behind the radio in the Fabia is soooo cramped! I already have an iPod adaptor and a subwoofer and spent 2+ jiggling/moving/shuffling/taping together wires to get it all to fit in.

| The parrot only has one black cable that goes to the control box. The HU has a few cables that again all go to the control box. Both control boxes are under the passenger side floor - there is a convenient gap there. The wires that lead to the control boxes go over the top of the glovebox, and down the passenger side trim. |

| Yeah, but I wanted to try and make it look as O.E as possible - hence the ridiculous original position while I decided what to do. Ideally, I would have it sitting flush, and I would be able to use fibreglass to a standard where could section off the parrot within the cubby hole. But I'm useless with fibreglass, and the parrot won't fit in the gap. So that'll do. |
