| You could get some out of a Superb, i'm sure they'd fit, infact the whole instrument binnacle might fit? I assumed all Skodas had green lighting with red needles though?! |

| Fabia vRS has red needles - not sure if that's the only one in the Fabia range though

| As far as I know only the vRS has red needles. You can disassemble the instrument cluster and replace the LEDs that illuminate the needles (there are only four of them) ![]() I don't see a point of buying an entire instrument cluster just because of a different needle illumination.

| I see that the vRS needles 'ARE' red. Mine are clear and glow green at night. Thorght the vRS was the same, but glowed red. Might try changing LEDs. |

| The Fabia vRS circuit board ist the standard Fabia board with some extra LEDs for watertemp- and fuel-needles. Besides changing the LEDs you also have to use apropriate resistor-values in the specific circuit depending on LED colour and you have to modify the white plastic housing to keep the dial-LEDs from illuminating the (now different colored) needles. You can find a picture of my vRS-PCB with the white plastic housing in the background here. The red circles mark the LEDs that I changed to blue for blue dials and LCDs. You can see the two pins of the watertemp- and fuel-needle with a not-marked LED next to it. These LEDs are not equipped on standard Fabias! You can also find a schematic of a standard Fabia's speedo here. It's basically the same as the vRS except the named LEDs. |
