Vibration with Cupra Intake & Green Filter

Since fitting the intake and filter, I've noticed a vibration from the passenger side of the dash between 1500 and 2000 rpm in all gears. It clears after 2000 rpm though..??
Anyone experienced the same ?

The bulkhead end of the air filter box is only held in place by a rubber mounting pushed onto a metal peg. It's not come loose, has it?
