Brake noise

| Briskodian | Brake noise I have had my Fabia 3 1.4 TDi for just over a week and have done 500 miles. So far I'm very pleased with it (it's my first Skoda and it took a long time to persuade my wife to test drive one!!). Last night while driving along, I heard a very loud noise coming from the from the front brakes. I called out Skoda Assist (RAC) and they found a small stone trapped between the brake disk and a metal cover that is just behind it. I used to get the same problem on a Mini Metro I had in the early 80's. Has anyone else had the same problem? If it is going to happen frequently I think Skoda should change the design of the cover. |
