| Briskodian | AC Temperature Sender Hi,Got a small problem with the Fabia(TDi Pd 100,2001) It seems to be the AC,it works intermittently scanned it with VC 704 it comes up with this fault. Address 08: Auto HVAC Labels: None Part no: 6Y0 820 045 Component: Klimaanlage X0770 1 Fault Found: 00818 – Sensor for Evaporator Outlet Temperature (G263) 30-00 – Open or Short to Plus Do I just need a new sensor? Is it a DIY fit? Rough price?(so i don't get ripped at stealers) Thanks for any help! |

| Re: AC Temperature Sender Yep - that's the infamous Evap Temp Sensor. Would recommend DIYing rather than taking it to a main dealer as they'll take the dash out to fix it, which is a lot of labour fo a sensor that's under £20! Chris
