Default Definitive arm rest thread...I think!

Been looking around for a while for an arm rest i want to fit to my VRS and after much research think i have the answer!

There is cheap and cheerfull (Pants!) Approximately £20

eBay.co.uk: ARMREST CONSOLE BOX SKODA FABIA,FAVORIT LEDER-DESIGN (item 260088266400 end time 20-Mar-07 07:39:52 GMT)#

Then there are 2 options on the milotec site, one looks nice decent price at 109 euros but not leather. Other alternative on this site 142 euros, is leather but possibly set a little high??

http://www.milotec.de/english/

BUT what i think is the best buy! inovative design that slides out and in as well as moving up and down! £123 with delivery in the UK (Not leather). but £178 with leather, probably not worth the extra for the leather. This site does have 2 other alternatives, but not as good as ones mentioned in my eyes.

Milotec "Auto-Extras"

Hope this helps!

Should there be a link to the £123 armrest? The Milotec link takes you to two items you have already rejected.

Having seen one of those it's not something I'd fit to a Fabia if it were mine.

The leather one (if want to pay the extra) Kamei Car Styling site is nice and does the car justice. But if it is not for you then each to their own!

I don't think the Octavia one is exactly the same although I have been told that it can be fitted with some minor mods.

The Fabia OEM one is available in Europe if you can get somone to get you one.

Kit: Can you tell me which part number you provided to your dealer please? How much did they charge?

My father in law just asked at his local Skoda garage (in Czech) about an arm rest for the fabia vRS. The parts guy was surprised we dont have one as all vRS in Czech (and mainland Europe) are fitted with one as standard.

There is a fabia specific arm rest which Skoda manufacture and I wanted to check if the part numbers are the same (as you mentioned the octavia arm rest).

If I place the order it will take 2 days to get the part then obviously I have to get it here in the UK (not a problem for me I regulary travel to Czech). However ive just been quoted 4195 CZK which at the current exchange rate is around £103. Thats pretty pricey.

I forgot to ask about some cup holders and other small trim items as well, looks like i'll have to phone again.

The armrest is pretty pricey I'm afraid but it is a quality bit of kit.

Thanks Kit, mucho appreciated

250 Euro's, thats like £150 (ish). You are right it isnt cheap at all, hope it was worth it.

I might use this as an opportunity to hunt out a scrapped vRS (in Czech) and try and get hold of a cheap arm rest. Something tells me thats a challange to far

If you want to show it off a little feel free to post a picture
